Returns

Tess offers you the possibility of returning your purchase within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the delivery of your order.

Before the return, write us an email with the reason for the return, including the order number and the items you wish to return.

We recommend that you make your return by registered mail or with acknowledgment of receipt, to avoid any possible loss of it, although you can use any other means of transportation as long as it is recorded that it was done within the established period. Tess is not responsible for returns that do not arrive at our offices.

It is important that your products are in the same conditions that they were delivered, with no signs of use, preserving their packaging and their original labeling, and with the security label intact.

Along with the returned items we need you to include the original proof of purchase, your name, surname, address and a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your return.

Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once verified that they are in a perfect condition will proceed to return the amount you paid, using the same payment method used on your initial transaction.

The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after receipt of the product. The initial and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT: Refunds of discounted items or of our Gift Cards will not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not refundable.
